We have been buying houses in the North Texas and Oklahoma region since 2012. We are our own contractor and close in cash and rehab most of the housese we purchase. We will help you through the process and make it as easy as we can.
Our Mission
Our competition for the most part buys your house to then sell it to a buyer like me and make a mark up. This is done by reselling the contract before close. We are actual Renovators this means we can pay more for you house and also this means we plan to save your property. In most cases we do this all our selves and this makes the process easy. Need a few extra days? No problem. Need to get paid and move out 30 days later? No problem. We are not like the other guys!!
